I am a certified personal trainer and HIIT instructor with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry in Ukraine. Throughout my career, I've participated in dozens of international conferences, sharing my passion and knowledge.

As a co-founder of a medical and wellness center partnership established 8 years ago in Ukraine, I've successfully conveyed the value of active leisure and the importance of sports to thousands of people. Now, I'm excited to bring my expertise to you 😊

After the challenging experience of childbirth and its consequences, I moved to another country 6 years ago. Fitness, the feel of movement, and the energy it brings helped me overcome postpartum depression.

Through this program, I want to give everyone the opportunity to reconnect with themselves and their bodies. To experience the lightness and vitality that we often lose in the hustle of everyday life.
